MOVEMENT COACHING

MOVEMENT

Movement is information. How your body appears at rest and in motion tells a story about why things feel the way they do. I blend biomechanics, movement education, and performance coaching to help you understand how your body is loading and what to change first.

  • "After working with Jay all summer and seeing the shifts we have made to a more functioning and performing body, I can’t wait to see how many people he can help! I would recommend Jay to anyone looking to move and feel better!"

Taylor Austin - 2026 Olympian | #1 Bobsleigh Pilot World Cup | Pan Am Champion

  • “I’ve been working with Jay for a couple of months and have really enjoyed the experience so far. His communication is always clear and concise, with detailed video voiceover feedback provided through Onform, which is great. I’ve noticed steady improvements in my movement and alignment, and would definitely recommend him.”

Andrew Rae - Ski Instructor | CSIA Level 4 | Beavercreek & Thredbo Resorts

  • “Having worked closely with Jay through Anatomy in Motion (AiM), I can confidently state that his learning attributes and capacity for therapy are of the highest calibre. Beyond his technical knowledge, Jay brings an analytical and problem-solving mindset to his work - an asset that stems from his diverse academic background.”

Movement Snapshot

Who is this for?

Perfect if you have a few nagging discomforts and need help understanding how your body currently organizes movement.

We’ll explore a small number of movements relevant to you (for example, standing, walking, or sport-specific patterns). The goal is to observe how your body currently loads and coordinates. You’ll receive real-time feedback, simple movement experiments, and practical cues you can apply immediately.

Comprehensive Movement Assessment

Who is this for?

For those interested in a detailed exploration of how their body has adapted to injuries and is experiencing limitations in their activities.

In this 2-hour session, we look closely at posture, gait, injury history, and how your body currently loads during both daily movement and sport. We'll identify the key movement patterns that may be driving recurring discomfort. You’ll receive 2–3 targeted movement practices to begin exploring change.

Movement Integration - 3 Month Support

Who is this for?

Best considered for those who have already completed a full Movement Assessment.

A 3-month container to help you integrate the assessment into real life. We’ll use three 60-minute sessions to refine how you stand, walk, and move in your sport, and adjust as your body changes. Between sessions, you’ll have support through the Onform app for video review, voice-over feedback, and short check-ins as needed.
